Our Role as Provider
This website presents our real estate software and uses sample data to show what an agent's website operated with it looks like. We do not broker properties ourselves and do not act as an estate agent or introductory agent; a licence under Section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) is therefore not required.
Where estate agents later use our software for their own offering, they are themselves responsible for the properties they list. In that case the parties to any agency or purchase contract are exclusively they and the respective prospective buyers, not we.

Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for Content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not, however, obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.
